14. Dispute resolution and arbitration agreement

In the event of any dispute, claim, question, or disagreement arising from or relating to these Terms or the breach thereof, the parties hereto shall use their best efforts to settle the dispute, claim, question, or disagreement. To this effect, they shall consult and negotiate with each other in good faith and, recognizing their mutual interests, attempt to reach a just and equitable solution satisfactory to both parties. If they do not reach such solution within a period of 60 days, then, upon notice by either party to the other, all disputes, claims, questions, or differences shall be finally settled by arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association in accordance with the provisions of its Commercial Arbitration Rules.

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, such provision shall be struck and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

These Terms, together with the privacy policy and any amendments and any additional agreements you may enter into with TipSend, LLC in connection with the Service, shall constitute the entire agreement between you and TipSend, LLC concerning the Service.

No waiver of any term of these Terms shall be deemed a further or continuing waiver of such term or any other term, and TipSend, LLC's failure to assert any right or provision under these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.

18. Feedback and submissions

Any feedback, comments, ideas, improvements, or suggestions (collectively, "Suggestions") provided by you to TipSend, LLC, upon submission, grants TipSend, LLC unrestricted, universal, perpetual rights to use, modify, and distribute the content for any purpose and in any way without credit or compensation to you.
